treat a wide spectrum of bacterial infections of ears, nose, respiratory tract
and urinary tract.

Cefadur DT works by
stopping the growth of bacteria and kills the bacteria causing infection.

Cefadroxil falls
under the category of cephalosporin antibiotics. This medicine fights against
the bacteria present in the body and works on the infections such as pharynx,
tonsils and soft tissue infections.
Dosage
information
Recommended dosage of
CEFADUR DT in adults in 1 to 2 grams daily which can be taken as a single dose
or divided into multiple ones. The medicine needs to be taken orally,
once or twice a day, or as recommended by the doctor. The medicine can be taken
with food along with a glass full of water or even milk. Consult a doctor about
the correct dosage and length of the course and make sure that you complete the
course.

if you miss a dose?
Try to take every dose on

This medicine is not
prescribed for anyone who is hypersensitive or allergic to cephalosporin
antibiotics. If pregnant or lactating, consult your doctor once before taking
this medicine. If trying to conceive, ensure that you do not take this medicine
unless prescribed by the doctor. Caution needs to be exercised by the people
suffering from colitis, liver or kidney diseases and stomach infections. Avoid
long term intake of the medicine to prevent secondary infection.

with other drugs
CEFADUR DT might interact

mineral supplement with this medicine as it could slow down the pace of
