What if you miss a dose?

Side Effects

Some side effects that would bother some and not all with the use of Evalon are:

• Increased vaginal discharge
• Frequent urination
• Bloated feeling
• Dark areas or small red spots on the skin
• Premenstrual tension symptoms
• Pain in abdominal area
• Breakthrough bleeding
• Tenderness and pain 
• Breast swelling

In all these symptoms immediate medical attention needs to be obtained.

Interaction with other drugs

Do not start or stop any new medicine while using Evalon. There are several drugs or medicines that might show severe interactions with this medicine such as Nevirapine, Rifampicin, Carbamazepine, Phenobarbital, Lamotrigine, Bosentan, Efavirenz, Nelfinavir and Ritonavir.

Do not take any herbal products or multivitamins as these might bring down the efficacy of this medicine. In case, you are taking any medicine inform your doctor about it and also about your complete medical history before you start using Evalon.
